Concept: The “Peace Within” book offers an art therapy experience designed to help those struggling with anxiety and depression find calm. Through this simple 2D illustration, I wanted to show that it isn’t just an activity—it’s a path to healing, one mindful stroke at a time, helping individuals reconnect with their sense of balance and well-being.
